Pepa Molina is a flamenco dancer, teacher, and producer

As a Flamenco artist, my practice is focused in the discipline of Flamenco, (a transnational art form whose true understanding demands an encounter with the Andalusian culture. A culture that is part of my heritage) though my language as a flamenco dancer is traditional, my path is in the broader context of contemporary dance making, delving into other ways of perceiving flamenco dance by exploring sound, other dance disciplines, Flamenco dance theatre, creative stage props/scenery and setting to capture an elastic, innovative new perceptual essence.
